Design2Tite® – The new Generation
The high-quality new generation of RLM gas springs Design2Tite® from DANLY meet the ISO standard and also convince by an externally tested FE analysis. Our RLM gas springs from the Design2Tite® range are individually refillable according to customer requirements and also available with standardized pressure.
Piston rod guides made of stable plastic ensure maintenance-free drying characteristics. Thanks to the screwed upper guide bushing, repairs are possible by changing seals and wipers. All Mikro RLM gas springs are equipped with a screwed M6 compact valve. When using the gas springs in the composite system, the compact valve can be easily removed.
Design2Tite® – Other features
- For the RLM 70 / RLM 90 and RLM 180 series, the valve is located in the center of the bottom. An upper and lower round clamping groove is provided for fastening with flanges.
- The RLM 230 and RLM 300 series have a side valve connection. An upper round clamping groove and a lower 4 mm wide clamping groove are provided for fastening with flanges.
- In addition, the new generation is characterized by a particularly long lifetime.
Test a Design2Tite® RLM gas spring and you will notice the difference.
NITROGEN DIE SYSTEMS
Compact die systems provide an almost constant force along the entire stroke path. The required force can be easily set by adjusting the gas pressure.
DANLY nitrogen suspension systems offer a number of additional characteristics
- Forces between 3.3 and 200 kN per suspension cylinder
- fast setting of the nitrogen filling pressure and thus the piston force with fill and control fitting
- Prevention of off-centre strain through assembly of the individual suspension cylinders
- Gas pressure 110 bar, final pressure at max. piston stroke 120 bar
- Prevention of contamination through hermetically sealed system
- Reduction of sealing wear through integrated lubrication system
- Lubrication oil can be refilled without deinstalling the suspension cylinder
