The extensive DANLY range includes punches and matrixes according to DIN and ISO with different diameters, lengths and head shape combinations.
These products are available at short notice in HSS, but are also available according to requirements with coatings, of HWS, of ASP, of carbide, or as a custom-made product.
DANLY piercing dies are svacuum heat treated in a nitrogen process. All used steels are treated in two computerised vacuum methods. This results in a very fine surface structure that guarantees optimum solidity and stability of the piercing dies over a long period of time. After the curing phase, all piercing dies, cutting bushes and guide bushes are cooled down at an ultra-low temperature of -150°C.
