Our RLM gas springs from the Design₂Tite^® program are now available in a new edition. Furthermore, the new generation of gas springs offers a number of additional advantages, which are tested and evaluated by an external FE analysis as well as designed and developed according to ISO standards.

guiding elements

Danly manufactures die sets and bushings with a surface hardness of 60 to 64 HRC and a surface roughness of 0.2 µm. In accordance with your individual requirements, you can adapt the length of the guiding elements to meet your needs, because all die sets, bushings and retainers of DANLY's lubricated guide bushings and DANLY's ball bearing guides are interchangeable within the same nominal diameter.
